RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you're located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, under EU consumer protection law.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags where applicable
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Contact us at rad@radart.dk with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Addresses

For art prints shipped from Denmark: If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns should be sent to: Strandboulevarden 100, 2.tv 2100 København Ø Denmark

For items fulfilled by our supplier (shipped from Canada): Please contact us first at rad@radart.dk. We'll provide specific return instructions and address. International return shipping costs may apply.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or damaged items: We provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • For supplier-fulfilled items from Canada: International return shipping can be costly - please contact us to discuss options

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at rad@radart.dk so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made and commissioned paintings: Non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are created specifically to your individual specifications. Once work has begun on a custom order, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Note: If your custom artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To ensure you get what you want quickly:

  1. Return the item you have
  2. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We'll notify you whether the refund was approved
  • If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at rad@radart.dk.
