SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Shipping Times

For our original artworks: Orders are processed and shipped from Denmark within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are:

  • Denmark: 2-4 business days
  • European Union: 4-7 business days
  • International: 7-14 business days

For select products fulfilled by our supplier: These items ship from Canada and typically process within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are:

  • Denmark: 10-15 business days
  • European Union: 10-15 business days
  • International: 7-20 business days depending on destination

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use PostNord, GLS, and other reliable carriers for our art prints. Supplier-fulfilled items ship via international carriers. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and fulfillment location. We offer:

  • Standard shipping for all destinations
  • Express shipping available for Denmark (art prints only)

Split Shipments

If you order both our art prints and supplier-fulfilled items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times as they ship from different locations (Denmark and Canada).

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update, especially for international shipments.

Packaging

Our art prints are carefully packaged in protective tubes or flat mailers. Supplier-fulfilled items are packaged according to their specifications to ensure safe delivery.

Customs & Duties

For customers in Denmark and the EU: Items shipping from Canada may be subject to customs processing, which can add 3-7 business days to delivery time. Customs duties and VAT may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

For international orders outside the EU: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Delays & Issues

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (for items from Canada)
  • Supplier processing times
  • Weather or other unforeseen circumstances
